Facebook is a dying platform, it's bleeding users like nothing else and there is no way they can save it. Good riddance to one of the worse things to happen to the internet and free speech, to humanity in general.
These security state censors can not keep us in the dark. It didn't work in the Soviet Union or China and it is condemned to failure because where there is a means there is an end, freedom of speech will prevail!!

Elon Musk just wants you to forget about his wonky ideas like colonizing Mars, and that his car ain't exactly environmentally friendly. He's grandstanding, pure & simple.
The party registration of Climate Scientists isn't really a smoking gun. Most of Scientists are going to be atheist and as a result won't have a lot to say to today's culture warrior Christian Right. That's unfortunate. I take a page from the Catholic Church here, wherein God is seen as the author of two books: Nature and the Bible. Scientists & Theologians need not be set against each other in this way.
I just don't understand the fact check routine as the mainstream media outlets are spreading lies all the time without these fact Checkers making a sound. Its not about the truth but about control of the information we get.

*fact check: it doesn't matter if you believe it .. . they clearly do!

If Facebook considers their "fact checking" to be a valuable service for their users shouldn't Facebook be charging for these "fact checks"?
