Leave it to the US to stick its nose into a country with simmering but mostly nonviolent ethnic divisions, and completely turn the place inside out by supporting the most violent and radical factions, which paves the way to civil war. That's what happened in Ukraine, another failed state to be added to the US's list of failed states that it has meddled in. It's not like this hasn't happened before. And so millions of people will suffer, die, become refugees, all because the US has some 'great game' agenda to constantly reshuffle the world order to what the US thinks is its benefit, according to its zero sum game mindset. All this intercession into what should be the internal affairs of other sovereign states has only further destabilized the world, and caused untold suffering, the result of actions by a terrorist state.

So sad the media won't cover the fact the warmonger neoCONs, with their NGOs, overthrew the Ukraine Government in 2014 when Victoria, F__k the EU, Nuland, Biden, and McCain were all over there to solidify the overthrow and install a PUPPET Government that would do the US bidding. In addition to trying to get Ukraine into NATO with nukes right on Russia's border, the Minsk Accords were violated and thousands of Russians were being killed. So in a reverse Cuba Missile Crisis, President Putin said enough is enough and started a special military operation to stop the US neoCON crazies. The part I find the most offensive is the dishonest US media won't report President Putin is a Christian who threw the Communists out and started a revival of the Russian Orthodox Church while in the US the neoCONs want to eliminate religion and our guns and turn the US into a Communist Police State. When will we (the USA) ever learn China is the real threat but Big Tech and Big Pharma have SOLD OUT to the CCP.

Taiwan needs to take notice. The most recent elections give some hope, but remember, Zelenski was elected with a strong majority on a pledge to make peace in the Donbass and end the conflict with Russia. For the neocons and their enablers, the people of Ukraine and Taiwan are entirely expendable. As are we all.

Thank you, Scott, for trying to remind others that there is a human face to war, one that is sad beyond words. After a lifetime of studying and being involved in the political world, I have come to wonder whether any war, anywhere, at any time, was not conducted largely against the will of the people whose governments waged the wars. Every government regardless of their espoused philosophy appears to me now to be intrinsically authoritarian, and it seems clear that it is always a relative handful of psychopathic leaders, elected or otherwise, who impose war on everyone else. It has been astonishing to see the Democratic Left prove to be no better than Republican neocons. In Europe the citizens of virtually every single country have been sold out economically by a largely unelected class of EU and NATO fanatics. Where is our recourse? There isn't one.

Eloquently put, Scott.

I do feel sorry for the Ukrainians. But this is literally a case where they have to figure it out themselves. they were warned.

The biggest problem in all this is that neither the U.S. or its European vassal states care that Ukraine is going to be wiped off the map and its people decimated. The Western Empire doesn't even care about the fate of its own peasantry, let alone Ukraine's. They have determined to fight the war against Russia until the last dead Ukrainian—and the last dead European (remember Victoria Nuland's infamous words: "F--k the E.U.").

Corrupt and criminal bipartisan US War party created "unprovoked" catastrophe for two beautiful and related Slavic nations.

It will strengthen Russia; help unify China since Taiwan's population now sees results of US proxy wars, and forever break US global dominance and colonial superiority goal. Not soon enough...

The fate of Ukraine is reduced to one word "Vladimir ". Vladimir Lenin gave the birth to Ukraine and Vladimir Putin will put the end to this cancerous festering tumour for good.

P.S. the Russian Prince, Vladimir the Great, baptised the Old Rus in Crimea over 1000 years ago. So here you go. The Trinity of Vladimir. By the way, the name of Vladimir means the one who rules the world. How about that?

About 40 years ago, an entrepreneur suggested cordoning off the Packard plant and the abandoned skyscrapers of Detroit and making it a tourist attraction akin to the ruins of Greece. Maybe the Golden Billion is planning to replicate post-WW II Europe with a sort of Jurassic Park called Ukraineland.

Scott, I welcome you! I watch your videos on YouTube every day. I am very glad that there are people like you in the USA. Why aren't you the president of the United States? There would be no war in Ukraine now

Stepan Bandera himself said, "The OUN [Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists] values the life of its members, values it highly; but — our idea in our understanding is so grand, that when we talk about its realization, not single individuals, nor hundreds, but millions of victims have to be sacrificed in order to realize it.” And indeed, it appears his prophesy is coming true, though their goal of a pure Ukrainian ethno-state is not.

That was sad, heartbreaking. The people of Ukraine reminded me of abused children with parents who care nothing about their lives, or their survival. The US has become quite adept at destroying nations and their people. They will rationalize their actions and many Americans may also, but I hold America accountable for this tragedy that never had to have happened.
