Governments and media use perception management to drive public opinion. As the days pass since the Polish missile incident, it has been interesting to see the stories transform to fit the desired narratives. So, first, what is perception management?

I don't think the Russians have practiced 'perception management' re Ukraine very well (at least here in the USA heartland) so far. For less than 10%, a few billion dollars - a few hundred million here, a few hundred million there - the Russians could have bought off all the Bidens, most of Congress and had the Speaker of House, Nancy Pelosi, wearing a Russian flag pin singing the Russian National anthem on MSNBC.

Scott I heard that Russia may be capable of disabling Phased Array Radar, a SU25 reportedly over flew a US naval vessel and disabled all electronics. This if true would be very worrying as "Patriot" uses Phased Array Radar and that's our last defence.Can you shed any light?
It is infuriating that these liars are legally allowed to exist - thier lies cost lives, and the west seems unerringly devoted to decption on every front, not just to blame Russia, but to maintain constant lies even about our own nations, and even about our own bodies. They behave like demons, act like demons, walk and talk like demons - just fortunate no-one knows what a demon actually looks like, or they'd be executed like demons as soon as they were identified.
I know 'demons' are a religious claim and interpretation, but damn! These claims and interpretations so accurately finger demon-like humans, who in my opinion deserve to be tortured to death for the simple fact that that is what they are doing to life, humanity, the planet, and every form of good thing - namely, they are hell-bent on making Earth a living Hell, and if that doesn't work, just like the King of Demons, they will, and do their damndest to consign us all to destruction.
Further, I really think that these evil, evil people, would not give a damned even if thier actions would certainly result in the end of the Universe - they would puposely take us to that very conclusion just on the basis of they hate it, so no-one can have it.
